4 Day Hike Camp/Lodge Trip on the Rogue River
Join us for an exciting new trip! Our new four day camp/lodge hike offers unique spin on our best-selling four day lodge hikes along the Rogue River Trail. For four days, your feet (and our outstanding guides!) will lead you on an adventure through a remote wilderness that will invigorate your soul.
For this trip, you will camp your first two nights on the side of the trail with all the amenities a raft support can provide; hot meals, big tents, and evening fire under the stars.
On night three you will hike up to an evening of rustic luxury with a hot shower, clean bed, and gourmet meals at the famous Paradise Lodge.
Paradise Lodge is off the grid and uses generator power for evening lighting. Because of the generator, hair dryers and some electric sleep apnea CPAP machines cannot be used. However, battery powered CPAP machines may be used for your river stay. Please remember to bring an extra battery, because we cannot guarantee a re-charge station for the batteries depending on the lodges you stay at and the generator schedule.
These trips are offered exclusively at the beginning of June due to availability. From the first night on the trail to the van ride back to where you began, this trip is an all-inclusive adventure of a lifetime.
Our hiking trips begin at Grave Creek trailhead about 30 miles west of the town of Grants Pass. The elevation at the trail head is 689 feet and at Foster Bar the elevation is 474. Generally, you are walking down hill. The trip takes 4 days and 4 nights.

Trip Details
- Duration: 4 days, 3 nights
- Age: Adults and mature youth.
- Start: 5:45 pm at Morrisons Rogue River Lodge the night before your hike starts.
- 40 miles of hiking over four days.
- Raft is available to ride on for a change of scenery or to rest tired legs.
- A unique and different camp or lodge each night.
- Great food, lunches served trail-side, fun dinners at camps and lodges each evening.
- End: 4:30 pm back at Morrisons Rogue River Lodge.
- What’s Included: All meals, guides, camping gear, lodge night, rafts, transportation to and from river, the first night’s stay at Morrisons Rogue River Lodge.
- Not Included: Adult beverages, guide gratuity, and Government access fees.
Daily Mileage (subject to guide discretion depending on camps)
Trail Day 1: 10 miles to Jenny Creek Camp or below
Trail Day 2: 14 miles to Rogue River Ranch Camp or below (Common for hikers to ride the raft part of the day.)
Trail Day 3: 5 miles to Paradise Lodge
Trail Day 4: 11 miles to Foster Bar boat ramp
